I’d rather be outside figuring something out than sitting around overthinking it. Camping, geocaching, tracking things down the hard way, that’s where I’m actually in my element. I keep things simple, practical, and to the point because most stuff doesn’t need to be complicated, people just like pretending it is. I’ve also got that official title as an ordained minister with the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, which pretty much tells you I don’t take nonsense seriously and I’ve got a sense of humor about it. This blog runs the same way. It’s straightforward, a little blunt, and based on real experience, with the occasional rant when something’s especially dumb and deserves to be called out. No polished influencer garbage, no fluff, just useful stuff, honest opinions, and whatever’s actually worth your time.
