EurekaHACKS is an annual 12-hour hackathon hosted at Abbey Park High School in Oakville, Canada. It is one of the largest high school hackathons in Halton. Last year, our exciting event featured workshops, fun activities, and over $5,000 worth of prizes! We're committed to inspiring students of all skill levels to put their creativity and knowledge into practice by building something awesome.

    Is the idea original and unique? Does it effectively integrate our theme? Does it stand out among others?
  • Technology
    Is the project idea technically complex? Does the project display engineering ability?
  • Design
    Is the user experience intuitive? Does it consider aesthetics (does it look nice, not cluttered, easy to read fonts, etc)?
  • Impact
    Could we see the project being beneficial for our society? Could we imagine people using the project? Could we see this project become a successful business?
  • Completeness
    How complete is the project by the deadline? Does it fully function as intended? Was the project appropriately planned for the time given?
