At William & Mary, SAAM 2026 brings together students, faculty, and staff through a series of events, awareness initiatives, and conversations that center survivor voices and encourage a culture of respect, consent, and accountability. Throughout the month, programming includes awareness days like Wear Teal and Denim Day, interactive educational events, and opportunities for reflection. The month is anchored by Take Back the Night, a student-led event featuring a Walk of Solidarity and survivor speak-out, creating space for community, healing, and collective commitment to ending sexual violence.
