Da City Cypher is a place for artists from around the globe to come together to make lifelong connections while expressing their love for music. This event is one of its kind! *Signage and submitting of this form means you agree with all terms and conditions stated in this document and will abide by rules and regulations that follow. In this form, you will fill out some basic information. We also ask that you add your most used social media/music platform handles for promotions leading up to the event and for publicity during and after the event. This event will be professionally shot and filmed. During filming your business/brand will be apart of the promotion of the show. All artists and vendors will be promoted as much as possible during this time so all that we ask is that if a photo of you is posted or released and you want to post that picture be sure to tag us @dacitycypher. If it it preferred for imaging not to be taken and used for promotion (or any use), please state in the SPECIAL REQUESTS portion of this form. Between 10-15 acts will be selected for this event. This event is for all talents from music to poetry and all in between. All performances will showcase the each of the talents art in a concert style form.

Lastly, to ensure the safety of artists, vendors, and their families this season is NOT a public event, this is a ticketed show with a max capacity of 300 people. Please inform your fans, friends and family to be sure to have their tickets purchased beforehand or else they will not be let into the event. This event will also be open to anyone 18+.

Rules:

*We ask that during the show there are
- NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND (City Police Officers/Security Personnel will be present at the door and inside at all times)
- NO USE OF DRUGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE VENUE
- NO standing on chairs and tables
- NO bringing of outside alcohol inside the Venue
- NO racist/ homophobic slurs used
- Follow the rules presented in this form and stated day of event / Respect the rules and decisions of venue representatives and show organizers
- Artist have 48 hours (two days) before day of cypher to cancel their spot (unless noted otherwise) with any of the listed contacts above
