Mission: The Haskell Office of Information Technology delivers services, technical assistance and solutions to students, staff, and faculty by administering a comprehensive technological infrastructure and providing innovative, secure and reliable access to resources for academic instruction, research, and administrative functions in support of the university’s mission
Location
The Haskell I.T. Department is located in Pontiac Hall, with administrative offices on the east side of the building and the I.T. Helpdesk on the west side of the building. Our department provides service to the technology infrastructure needs of the campus and its users.

Where can I get access to a computer?
Computer labs are located throughout the campus. The labs house state-of-the-art computers for students' academic use. All computers on campus are connected to the campus network and have access to the Internet. A network login and password are required to access any of these computers.
Computer Labs can be found at the following locations:
- Tommaney Library
- Ross Hall
- Blue Eagle Hall
- Indigenous & American Indian Studies Department
How do I change / reset my Network Password?
You can contact the I.T. Helpdesk at ithelpdesk@haskell.edu if you need assistance with resetting your password.
How do I reset my authenticator app on my phone?
In order to reset your Microsoft Authenticator, you have to first delete it from the Security Info section within your Office "My Account" My Sign-Ins | Security Info | Microsoft.com. After deleted, select Add sign-in method then select Microsoft Authenticator on a computer or tablet and follow the prompts. If your phone has been lost or stolen, please email ITHelpdesk@haskell.edu for assistance.
