Words from our founder
I’m often asked why we are called Lab08.
2008 was the year we co-founded our first company. We spent a decade building it in the trenches before exiting in 2018. That experience, the technical decisions that turned out to matter, the ones that did not, and the moments where outside perspective would have changed everything, is the foundation Lab08 is built on.
We started Lab08 as a lab for new ideas. It became something more specific: A conviction that tech due diligence in the Nordics deserved better than checkbox exercises and generic reports.
Today, we are building the AI-native platform and the operator-led team that we wish had existed when we were on the other side of the table. It is genuinely inspiring work, and we are only getting started.
