What am I learning?
I’m deepening my use of AI in my daily work, capturing examples and lessons to share with Improvers. NotebookLM has become one of my favorite tools; it’s been invaluable for preparing, reviewing, and improving content.
I’m also exploring how AI changes the way I think, plan, and create. That’s been a recurring theme across my writing and conversations lately: technology moves faster than wisdom. So I’m being intentional about how much I take on and how fast I go.
Meanwhile, I continue refining my recording and editing process for both video and audio—tuning my workflow from idea → record → transcribe → publish. The goal is to stay consistent without overproducing.
What am I working on?
AI & Content Creation
At work, I’ve been producing a series of posts and demos on how I’m using AI in real projects; practical, hands-on workflows that improve communication, automate repetitive steps, and spark new ways to collaborate.
Revisiting 20 Years of Blogging
In August, I published 20 Lessons from 20 Years of Blogging. Since then, I’ve been revisiting every post I’ve ever written, recording my reflections and sharing them unedited. It’s been surprising how many ideas I’d forgotten and how many still resonate.

Podcast & Newsletter
Matthew and I have found a great rhythm with Reflective Practice Radio, recording weekly and diving into themes around creativity, technology, and growth.
I’m also enjoying writing my Back to the Spiral Newsletter; it’s become a steady reflection point where I connect past insights, current experiments, and future directions.
