Callum Chambers knocked on my parents door back in December. Feedback from my parents is he is a lovely, pleasant young man. After making a brew and talking through process and establishing we qualified we signed up. He explained the next steps in detail and was very accurate. In January, as he promised we had a new boiler, cavity wall insulation & extractor fans fitted. We were initially a bit sceptical re. Costs but as exactly prescribed we have not parted with a penny. A very polite and efficient young lady called unannounced in mid November and, having assured me of my eligibility for a new boiler, she explained the contractor would call within a few days to arrange a proper survey etc. Nothing happened, so I emailed Eco4Everyone on the 25th, and later received their assurance that the scheme was genuine and they were trying to clear a backlog.....someone would be in touch shortly. Nothing happened.  On 7th January 2026 I received a phonecall from the original young lady who had called, apologising for the lack of follow-up, and giving me a mobile phone number to ring to try chasing them up myself.  My two attempts to call it were unanswered. Thinking that any half-decent Company would have a landline, I googled the company and found a Manchester address....and a landline number. But....you guessed it....the call went to a voicemail telling me that the person at that extension (?) was unavailable......twice.
Would I want to have such an outfit interfering with my central heating system  - NO CHANCE! My experience has been dreadful and IF the scheme is genuine then I feel really sorry for the poor canvassers who are clearly wasting their energy -and mine!

Ben, was fantastic in explaining the process and eligibility criteria for the ECO grant in my case relating to health.  Ben was clear with the information I was required to provide for my application and maintained contact throughout the application process.  Ben explained the next steps once the application had been submitted and then followed up to ensure the application process was being pursued to the next stage and a surveyor had been to the house and the outcome of the appointment.

I couldn't fault Ben at all and would highly recommend him to support anyone through the process.  Ben was highly recommended to me by someone who had also made an ECO grant claim and was very pleased with the outcome.  Recommendations and trust are the things that people value most and with Ben you have both.

Ben was superb. I met him in the street near to my house. We talked. He said I have every chance of a boiler change for free on health grounds. I didn’t believe him, but had enough awareness to invite him back to my home. I thought if this is a con, then the most complicated con I’ve ever seen, we filled in the forms. People contacted me, more people surveyed my property, I got a phone call. Application accepted. Two days later installers arrived with a boiler and work commenced.
Well done Ben, not a con man, but a really nice person to be trusted.
