Отдыхаю в этом отеле с 2000 года … самый уютный на Банг - Тао …!

Мы отдыхали в этом отели 21 день и у нас сложилось довольно таки устойчивое мнение об данном отеле. Что хочется отметить из плюсов: очень красивая территория и расположение в целом, первая береговая линия, много зелени и пальм. Довольно таки безопасно, кпп при въезде спрашивают номер номера в котором вы остановились, а так же не мало важный факт, это наличие приложения от отеля где можно делать все, от заказа уборки в номер до просьбы принести утюг или записаться на теннис. По поводу активностей здесь все шикарно, отличные групповые занятия, зачастую проходят в маленьких группах. Зачастую занятия на любой вкус, от стречинга до пилатеса и кора.  Думаю на этом положительные стороны кончаются и начинаются негативные. Что самое главное в отеле? Это возможность отдохнуть в номере, выспаться и начать свой день бодро, но в данном отеле это сделать не получиться. Здесь настолько шумно, что скорее мы бы выспались возле стройки чем здесь. Если у вас есть соседи сверху то вы будете слышать их топот, если у вас есть соседи по бокам, то будете слышать их голоса и речь. А так же в этот отель приезжает безумное количество избалованных детей, которые могут выйти из номера в 8:00 и начать истошно орать на весь холл просто потому что им захотелось. Дверь в номер не как не препятствует попаданию звука, слышно абсолютно все, это очень странно для отеля такого уровня, где средний чек за ночь примерно 350-400 долларов. Мы попросили поменять номер но данные проблемы не ушли, и мы вынуждены были не высыпаться и постоянно слушать крики детей…. Это было ужасно. Хоть и была, по рассказам местных, реновация, этому месту она не помогла, номера картонные а такие деньги берут только из за первой береговой линии.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect just steps away from the beachfront, making it very convenient to enjoy the sea and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. What really stood out was the staff; everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Greeniz, who provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Great hotel with fantastic location, perfectly polite staff. We enjoyed few days there with beautiful see view room. Really good breakfast buffet with all you need. We would 100% recommend it.

My first Thailand experience at SAii Laguna Phuket was truly wonderful, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of my trip.

The service was exceptional from the very beginning. The manager who kindly celebrated my birthday and patiently assisted me throughout my stay made me feel truly special. Even though I was recovering from surgery and sometimes needed extra support, the team was incredibly patient, warm, and professional.

One of the most impressive features was the hotel app. Once installed on your phone, you can scan the QR code and easily book events, order room service, and even message the staff directly. For someone who does not speak the language fluently, this was an amazing and very thoughtful system. It made everything so easy and stress-free. I discovered this feature a bit late because of post-surgery fatigue and the surprise of being in a new country for the first time, but the staff patiently helped me understand how useful it was.

The food was absolutely excellent. The shakes were delicious, and I especially loved the chicken skewers, the shrimp Tom Yum soup, the spicy coconut chicken soup, the tuna dishes, the coconut drinks, and the mango juice. The presentation was beautiful and visually very satisfying.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning lake view. I spent most of my recovery time resting in the room, and it was the perfect place for a peaceful post-surgery stay. I even asked for a Pilates ball and an exercise mat, and they kindly brought them to my room immediately so I could do light training.

The natural surroundings are beautiful, with birdsong and a peaceful atmosphere, while still offering a lively, almost festival-like energy.

This hotel combines luxury, technology, comfort, and truly outstanding hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
