We offer an end-to-end solution for companies to hire top talent from an overlooked hidden talent pool they may not otherwise reach. We support employer branding, connecting employers to skilled professionals, from disabled people through to carers and parents, who are seeking accessible employment. Alongside supporting our jobseekers in finding work, we provide training and consultancy services for employers who want to improve their accessibility practices, but don't know how. Our mission is to 'patch' the talent gap and promote decent work for all, working to integrate disability inclusion and accessibility into mainstream best practice.
