Many clients choose a 1:1 session because they feel more comfortable in a private setting, especially if it’s their first time, or if they’re navigating personal challenges and seeking specific support. It also offers the space and freedom to release more deeply, allowing whatever needs to move to do so in a safe, private environment.

These sessions are tailored to meet you where you are. There’s time to talk before and after, and I’ll gently guide you through the process with personalised support. This creates space to explore what’s present in your life and feel supported in what you’re moving through. If you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed, we’ll explore tools to calm your nervous system, practices you can carry into daily life.

You’ll be held with care, supported through touch, live sound, intuitive presence, and an aftercare check-in. This space is nurturing, grounded, and just for you.

 2-hour session: $190 (weekday) | $240 (weeknights & weekends)

Held on a stunning private sanctuary, perched high on the Koonyum Range, nestled beside the sacred lands of Mount Zion National Park, with sweeping views across the rolling green of the Byron Bay hinterland.

2026 Retreat

Step into a nurturing, grounding private session, held from the heart, the kind of space that holds and nurtures, where you can feel safe, supported, and deeply held.
Guided meditation, live sound, healing touch, and intuitive presence support your nervous system to calm, rest and restore, creating space for deep resonance and rejuvenation. Some come to receive the sounds, vibrations and energy directed solely to them, while part of the session may hold space for heartfelt connection and reflection on what's unfolding in your life. If you're navigating stress or anxiety, we can explore simple tools to support your daily life. A sanctuary of sound, care, and presence, held with warmth, heart, and intention, just for you.

1½ hrs: $160 weekdays | $210 evenings & weekends.
Solo or paired sessions 

1:1 Sound Healing - Solo or paired sessions

If you’re looking to offer your group a meaningful and memorable experience, I offer private sessions including Breathwork, immersive Sound Healing, or a beautiful combination of both, along with other mindful, intention-based grounding practices.       

Whether you’re a fitness studio or organising a corporate event, hen’s party, baby shower, friendship circle, other gathering, each session is tailored to meet the energy, intention, and unique needs of your group, ensuring a deeply personal and meaningful experience for everyone.

Pricing 
Rates range from $300 to $500 for a 1–2 hour event. (An additional 1–2 hours is required for setup, pack-down, and post-event conversations). Final pricing depends on group size, location, and whether the event is held on a weekday or weekend. Please reach out with your event details. 

Longer events available upon request.
For large Breathwork groups, an assistant may be required at additional costs.
