Absolutely amazing. The cocktails were in point and extremely reasonably priced, the bone marrow was to die for with hand made masa smoked corn tortillas, our server Elias took great care and knew the menu well, spoke great English which helped me a lot, and recommended menu items and cocktails. 10/10
I am Spanish but here i had the best octopus of my life. Incredible 😱😍😍😍 We had very interesting oysters, octopus, and short rib. Everything delicious 😋 The service was excellent, atmosphere, music excellent. You can talk to each other haha (not like Taboo or Rosa Negra where was horrible). Tomorrow is our last day in Tulum and we will have dinner again to Rustico. 💖
We hosted our Wedding Welcome Dinner here on a Friday night and it was so lovely and intimate. I'm obsessed with the vibe & decor. Food and service was amazing. Very accomodating. Taboo is a night club across the street and the sound does come into the restaurant - the ambient noise of people and Rustico's own music helps block it out but it's just something to note for later on in the evening.
