1. Film in Portrait Mode (Vertical):  
Please ensure all filming is done in portrait mode, as it’s the best format for social media and makes editing much easier.

2. Interviews: Use a Microphone:
If you plan on conducting interviews, it's best to use a microphone plugged into the phone for clearer sound quality.

3. Lighting:
Always have a source of light (or the sun) *in front of* the person being filmed, not behind them. This helps avoid shadows and ensures the speaker's face is well-lit.

4. Stabilize the Camera:

Try to keep the phone steady while filming. If possible, use a tripod or rest your phone on a stable surface to avoid shaky footage. If handheld, keep movements smooth.

5. Avoid Zooming:

If you need a closer shot, try to physically move closer to the subject rather than using the zoom function on your phone, as it can reduce video quality.
