Welcome to my channel! I am a Certified Forrest Yoga® Teacher Level 5 and a Forrest Yoga Guardian based in Athens, Greece. I am passionate about teaching Forrest Yoga since 2012. I teach regular weekly group classes in Athens, workshops and retreats in my studio, Nama Yoga. I am also a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, level 1 and a Certified Integration Poppy Yoga Teacher (prenatal and postnatal yoga). These days all my classes are live. If you are in Athens, join me!
