Here is Tao Lin (Leo, ๆž—ๆถ›).

I am currently a senior undergraduate majoring in Artificial Intelligence at Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST), previously advised by Prof. Qingwang Wang.

I have been admitted to the group of Prof. Yuhui Wen at Beijing Jiaotong University, where I will pursue my graduate studies. My upcoming research will center on text/image-to-3D generation, simulation-based data generation, and Long-Horizon Automation, with the long-term goal of bridging vision and language models with real-world interactive systems.

During my gap period between undergraduate graduation and graduate studies, I am serving as Head of Product Engineering at an early-stage startup, leading development of products and technical decision-making.

I am eager to explore the integration and applications of Multimodal Technologies and Embodied AI. I believe these advanced technologies have the potential to significantly enhance the realism and interactivity of digital world modeling, as well as bridge the gap between virtual and physical environments. I am committed to dedicating my efforts to this meaningful pursuit, aiming to contribute to technological progress at the intersection of geometry, artificial intelligence, and multimodal interaction.

  • September 2025: I was recommended for admission to graduate school and will enroll at Beijing Jiaotong University in September 2026.
  • June 2025: I have successfully been selected as a contestant for AdventureX 2025 and look forward to meeting friends at the Hupan Center at the end of July!
  • September 2024: Achieved the National Second Prize ๐Ÿฅˆ in the National College Student Mathematical Modeling Competition.
  • August 2024: Won the National First Prize ๐Ÿฅ‡ in the RAICOM Robotics Developer Competition [Algorithm Optimization].
  • August 2024: Secured 3rd Place in the iFLYTEK AI Algorithm Competition 2024 [Large Model Image Style Transfer Challenge], with a prize of 500 CNY.
  • December 2023: Awarded the National Second Prize ๐Ÿฅˆ in the Global Campus AI Algorithm Elite Competition.
