This Privacy Policy describes how Lemnis (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares Personal Information from and about visitors to our websites (including mainstay.com) (each, a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”) and authorized users (“Users,” “you,” or “your”) of the colleges, universities, and organizations that use the Company platform (our “Partners”). Mainstay is a division of Lemnis, a nonprofit corporation.
Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to our Sites, mobile features, applications, and any other interactive features or services owned or controlled by Company (collectively, the “Services”), as well as any information we collect offline and combine with data collected through the Services.
Certain features described in this Privacy Policy may not be available on all Services at all times.
This Privacy Policy does not govern information collected from our Partners’ students or other end users when they interact with the Services (for example, through chatbot conversations on a Partner’s website). Those interactions are governed by our Chatbot Privacy Policy or other disclosures provided at the point of interaction.
This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices regarding our data practices. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use.
