How do I return a product?

You have a full 14-day right of return on all items from the date of receipt. The item must be in unbroken packaging and returned in the same condition as received, and it must be in such a condition that we can sell the item as new again without any problems. If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way other than necessary to determine the nature of the item, you can only receive a partial refund. The amount you can receive back depends on the commercial value of the item. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in the event of cancellation, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. Remember to get a receipt for sending the package, as this serves as proof of your return.

MasterCubeStore does not accept packages sent cash on delivery. You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning items. We do not provide return labels.

The product I received is different from the one I ordered

If the order you receive is different from what you bought, please contact us at info@mastercubestore.dk. You will need to provide information on the product you've received as well as a description of the mistake.

How do I cancel my subscription to the news letter?

You can cancel your news letter by scrolling down to the bottom of the last received letter. Then all you need to do is to click the link that says: "Unsubscribe from this list".

I am unable to log into my account

This problem might be caused due to multiple issues:

A product I have recently bought has gone on sale. Can I get a partial refund?

As MasterCubeStore is a shop with rapidly changing sales and campaigns, we do not partially refund orders, which have changed prices recently after being purchased. When buying a product you agree to our price and therefore we do not refund any price differences, which occured after the order was purchased.

How long is the delivery time?

Our delivery times and pricings depend on the destination country.

Can I purchase cubes with custom designs?

We are able to produce cubes with custom designs. If you want a custom layout for a private project or for company handouts please contact us at info@mastercubestore.dk for more information.

Please note that a minimum purchase of at least 100 cubes is required when buying a custom design.

Are prices Incl. VAT?

If you are ordering from a country within the EU, all prices will automatically include VAT. If you are shopping from a country outside of the EU, please go to the checkout and select your country under "Delivery Information", then VAT will automatically be removed from all products.

I wish to make changes to my order

You are only able to change your order immediately after purchase by contacting us at info@mastercubestore.dk. Unfortunately we can't make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
