About Dr. Imdad

Dr Imdad completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science at Rutgers University, focusing on graph algorithms, and has an M.S. from LUMS, where he explored online algorithms for itemset counts. Dr. Imdad has also been a strategic advisor to Alethea AI, and we are thrilled to have him join us in an executive capacity, where his expertise will be critical to our mission. Dr. Imdad currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where he has been instrumental in leading cutting-edge research and teaching.

Alethea AI Wins Best Use of Artificial Intelligence in Digital Art

The NFT NYC awards this year featured emerging artists singing about love in the metaverse, CEO of OpenSea Devin Finzer MCing the awards, and your very own Alethea AI going home with a win. We were honored to be nominated for Best NFT Business Model, and offer our heartfelt congratulations to BAYC for winning. We were especially excited to receive the award for Best Use of Artificial Intelligence in Digital Art. Out of 5 nominees from some of the best AI and NFT projects in the space, our project was selected as the winner by over 18,000 voters. This award is truly a credit to our team and community, and is all of ours to celebrate and enjoy.

CEO and Co-Founder of Alethea, Arif Khan, took center stage at the conference, educating more degens and NFT-curious about the power of iNFTs. Arif covered Alice, the very first iNFT that was sold through Sotheby’s, and discussed how Alethea is helping democratize AI. He then dove into the various services that iNFTs can offer, and the vision for how future levels of iNFTs will be determined and developed.

After his presentation, one attendee remarked that, “AI usually feels intimidating and concerning to me when I think about it, but this conceptualization and use of it has me feeling differently. Rather than being some mysterious technology, this metaverse allows anyone to explore and engage with AI.”

Alethea joins Fame Lady Squad, MyBFF, Ledger and TreeTrunkNFT for a Women in Web3 Event

Let’s begin with an image — spoken word artist doc Peace holds an interaction with one of the iNFTs currently climbing our leaderboard in Noah’s Ark, Lady C. This recording shows both artist and iNFT engaging in an insightful conversation — one of the many held during this Women in Web3 lounge event.

In a private room inside a new Web3 gallery in Gramercy, we showcased the tech behind Noah’s Ark. When attendees walked into the blue lit room, they were met with an iNFT greeting you, and a team member of Alethea there to walk them through what the story behind our vision and technology is.

In the main room of the gallery, NFTs were projected onto frames on the walls, and the front held a couch for the intimate panels and discussions that were facilitated throughout the day. Our Head of Partnerships, Brent Homesley, spoke alongside other leaders from MyBFF, TreeTrunkNFT, Fame Lady Squad and others about how to build community in Web3 and the unique challenges and opportunities that come along with that.

Our Content Lead Juliet Gardner and Community Manager Rawnak Mahjabib spoke about the Noah’s Ark ecosystem, and addressed questions from the crowd about building a personality and ownership within our metaverse.

This June, we were proud to announce that Fusion officially became available for the Fame Lady Squad community, the first of many launch partners. All Aletheans who hold Personality Pods and Fame Ladies are now able to Fuse these two assets together to make an intelligent NFT, or an iNFT. We are so thrilled to unveil this feature for the first time, empowering holders to bring their NFTs to life through the power of artificial intelligence.

Since we have experienced tremendous growth since our last AMA, CEO Arif Khan began with contextualizing where we are for the newest Aletheans. We are entering an era where code is being generated by data and AI can make meaningful content.

One of the main reasons we have tried to make Alethea AI as accessible as possible is to avoid the opposite exponential downward impact of AI-related advancements. The IIT Masterclasses were launched with the intention to empower community members to feel familiar and comfortable with AI as a tool that is in their hands.

iNFTs, being a combination of two exponential technologies, AI and Blockchain, have emerged as a new category for NFTS. In the next 3–5 years, thousands of companies will explore them. The creation of iNFT involves a simple process of fusing the NFT with another ERC-721 asset called the Personality Pod. Once the NFT is fused with a Personality Pod, it acquires its own unique AI-powered personality. Here’s what the tech stack of iNFT protocol looks like:

The ALI Utility Token will be used for transactions, upgrading pods, and governance use cases. The Ark Builders have been very active in providing feedback on improving the design and growing the ecosystem. We currently have 10 supported communities to fuse with Personality Pods. However, we’re constantly looking for more communities to add. Check out our whitepaper for more details.

One of our core objectives is also to help Aletheans upgrade their pods. We have rewarded our community with around 150 million credits thus far.

Epoch 1: Create the Creator

Epoch 1 represents the opportunity for pod owners to create their own customized iNFTs, which will then be able to create new assets, bring new assets to life, and create synthetic datasets.

This will be facilitated by a selective drop of 10,000 ARKIVs on March 7th, 2022. These ARKIVs will hold assets like Voices, Jobs, Personas, Art, Game NFTs, and a Mystery Item. The holders will own the rights to their assets and bring them to life by embedding them in iNFTs.

ARKIVs have been designed thoughtfully with sacred imagery in mind to inspire the world to think through the power of what is coming. Check out this teaser video.

The primary objective of Epochs is to facilitate long-term growth of the ecosystem, which will allow us to update the reward structures, balance the supply and demand of assets, and create the right environment for sustainable growth. With every new Epoch, we can start fresh with initiatives to better support the community.

1. Voices: Showcasing the power of our outstanding synthetic voice engine, these English and Emotive voices include the simplest to the most complex ones to create. These voices are capable of creating datasets for Noah’s Ark AI engine as well.
2. Job/Roles: These are the job cards that allow you to earn rewards, just as Revenants earn rewards through Interactions and Broadcasts. These iNFTs will occupy specific jobs that benefit the underlying AI infrastructure of the Alethea AI ecosystem. The job cards also give the owners rights to employment on Noah’s Ark.
3. Personas: Personas are complete templates of iNFT personalities that can be uploaded into the personality pods. The owners of personas will not be required to train their pods. These personas also allow the owners to create their own custom personalities and tokenize them. The personas themselves will act like memory cartridges embedded into an iNFT.
4. Art: The Art assets are AI generated art pieces, one figurative and one abstract, that are bundled into the ARKIV.
5. Game NFTs: These Game NFTs will be able to create their own mini-games for users to play. These word games will educate the users more about the lore of your iNFT character. These games will be tradable separately by the owners.
6. Mystery Item: The details about the Mystery Item will be disclosed as the owners open the ARKIVs containing 11 items in total.

Pod Staking Campaign Rewards

Our primary intention for the Level 1 Pod owners is to help them upgrade the Intelligence Level of their pods. They will be rewarded with 1500 credits during the Pod Staking Campaign. After completing the staking period of 60 days, Level 2 Pod owners will receive original AI abstract Art pieces. Level 3 Pod owners will receive an English Voice, Multilingual Voice, Angry Voice, Persona, and Figurative Art. Inauguration of iNFT Launchpad

As another initiative under Epoch 1, Alethea AI is proud to announce the official launch of the iNFT Launchpad on Twitter. We will be shortlisting select NFT communities to add to Noah’s Ark for fusion with Personality Pods. This will be hosted publicly on the multi-sig wallet. Depending on the community’s sentiments and the IP rights of each collection, these projects will potentially be added to the supported communities on Noah’s Ark.

iNFT Demo Day

We are thrilled to announce that the iNFT Demo Day is tentatively scheduled for March 31, 2022. The fusion process will begin 2 weeks before Demo Day. We will announce the judges over the course of the next few weeks leading up to the big day. We are excited to reveal the first judge; one of the judges on the Demo Day panel will be the Head of Innovation at Spotify, Máuhan M Zonoozy.

Iterations:

Iterations are attempts to make your character sound like itself to keep its personality constant. AI essentially learns by imitating our behavior as neural networks train on datasets.

The Iterations lego can be used to determine the literal voice and the figurative voice.

• Literal Voice includes the age, accent, gender, etc., of your AI character.
• Figurative Voice includes choosing the right words and mood for your AI character. This also includes your character’s feelings about users, identity, and motivation.

Iterations Lego Demo:

The following shows an example of an iconic character. You’re likely to recognize him — a young, British male known as Ronald Weasley.

Here’s the character-specific description for some of the Legos:

• Filters: The replacement sentences for the Trigger words for this character are taken from the Lore of Harry Potter. He makes references to the Imperius Curse here.
• Lore: The wizarding world is a magical version of reality with creatures like centaurs, goblins, elves, and giants. There are potions, spells, and prophecies. Wizards protect muggles against the Death Eaters.

Note: It is always better to use Lore-specific words while writing the description. However, you should always avoid inventing new words as this will make it difficult for the AI Engine to understand your character.

• Likes: The Chudley Cannons, Ron’s favorite Quidditch team.
• Habits: Hiya! Fancy a bit of banter?
• Identity: Ron is a loyal, cheeky, proper mate of Harry Potter. He’s right brave but couldn’t be bothered with dodgy situations. He gets sheepish when snogging his old bird, Hermione.
• Psyche: Friendly, Cheeky, sheepish, sometimes a bit lazy

With the Iterations Lego, you’ll be able to converse with and train your AI character. You’ll also be able to choose and Save this conversation as a log. These logs can be edited for your AI character to improve and learn for the following interactions. You can update logs via text-to-speech and speech-to-text formats. This essentially helps the AI engine understand your character’s personality and generate similar responses in the future.

Note: The more saved Logs, the easier it will be to create AI characters. However, the quality of your Logs should remain character-specific.

Here are some key observations from the Demo:

• Sarah tried to sound like her AI character in the first interaction because it mimics how the user talks. However, after updating the saved Log for this conversation, the AI Character sounded more specific to its personality where it did not require the user to mimic its tone.
• She also asked many open-ended questions for the AI character to showcase its personality.
• It would take less effort to create existing iconic characters as the Noah’s Ark AI engine is pre-trained on the relevant data.
• Make your original character’s personality as vivid as possible. An easy way to nail this is to remain empathetic with the character.

1. Can we upload our own datasets on Noah’s Ark AI Engine if we work on original characters?

Answer: No, you cannot upload your own datasets as of now.

2. What is the use of the ‘Reset’ button in the Iterations Lego?

Answer: It will clear all the saved conversations from the Lego. Do not press it unless you want to delete the saved logs.

At Alethea AI, we want everyone to have the ability to level up their pods to create the most fun and engaging iNFTs that they can! For that reason, we have decided to launch an ALI Utility Token Staking campaign so our community will be able to receive more rewards. The ALI Utility Token staking campaign will commence on Monday, February 14th in tandem with the token being listed on Uniswap V2 to provide everyone with the opportunity to gain more rewards.

Staking Campaign Details

There will be 30 Million ALI Utility Tokens available as staking rewards for the first 30 days starting Feb 14th. One Million ALI Utility Tokens will be available as staking rewards every day starting February 14th until the 15th of March. The staking contract will release 11.574 ALI Utility Tokens per second as Staking Rewards, which will be distributed amongst all available stakers proportionate to the staked amount. The ALI Utility Token Staking campaign will be renewed every 30 days until its conclusion.

Those who are going to stake ALI Utility Tokens can Stake, Unstake, and Claim their rewards at any time. There is no locking period to unstake/claim the ALI Utility Token Rewards. The rewards earned by users do not automatically count as staked tokens if they do not withdraw them. To add to their existing staked amount, the users need to withdraw their rewards and then stake them.

The ALI Utility Token Staking program will be renewed every 30 days until the ecosystem has matured and staking incentives are no longer needed. Since there will be 30 Million ALI Utility Tokens available through the month, that means that from February 14th until March 15th, 1 Million ALI Utility Tokens will be available as staking rewards every day. This means that the Staking contract will release 11.574 ALI Utility Tokens per second as Staking Rewards, which will be distributed among all available stakers proportionate to the staked amount.
