ABOUT THE PROJECT
One of the first major milestones has been the launch of the new online shop — a platform designed to be modern, bold, and performance-oriented. The e-commerce experience has been conceived to leave space for what truly matters: the coffee itself. Clean layouts, strong visual identity, and intuitive navigation allow products, blends, and stories to take center stage, reinforcing the brand’s premium positioning while improving usability and conversion performance. The collaboration extends far beyond the website. Memesi oversees the brand’s digital communication strategy in its entirety, including social media management and editorial planning, newsletter strategy and customer engagement, website articles and storytelling content and strategic brand initiatives and partnerships. Among the most significant initiatives developed so far is the collaboration with Treedom on the occasion of International Coffee Day — a project that strengthened Caffé Milani’s commitment to sustainability and responsible growth, translating values into tangible action.

The ongoing repositioning does not aim to redefine Caffé Milani’s identity, but to clarify and amplify it. The work focuses on making explicit what has always been present: technical mastery, product culture, and an enduring dedication to quality.
Visual language, tone of voice, and digital architecture are being aligned to create a coherent narrative capable of bridging heritage and modernity. Each communication asset — from social content to e-commerce design — contributes to a unified brand system that respects tradition while speaking fluently to the present. The project is still evolving. New initiatives, campaigns, and strategic activations will continue to shape this journey.

Because a legacy of nearly ninety years does not simply deserve preservation — it deserves interpretation, structure, and vision.
