Kdenlive keeps crashing

I’m trying out Linux video editing in Ubuntu. My first try has been Kdenlive. If I try to add a PNG file, it crashes out. No error message, just goodbye.

Verdict

sudo apt remove kdenlive
sudo apt autoremove

Is it just me or is Snap total garbage?

I’ve been running Ubuntu for a while but the first use of snap was on my new PC. As far as I can tell all Snap does is crash and take all other snaps with it on the way out as well as disabling the System Monitor app.

Is it me or is Snap utterly shite?
