Baked sourdough buttermilk biscuits actually at 450F now that I have an oven thermometer (set the oven to 495 to get to 450). Added 1Tbsp sugar, used dip and sweep flour. Maxes out my food processor. Baked 13 minutes, 12 would have been ok. Made 11.5 biscuits.
I stopped eating meat in 2006, but for a handful of occasions (9 times that I can recall). Corned beef is the last meat dish I ate (I think in 2015) and the only meat dish I miss at all anymore. (These days bacon smells gross 😂)

My frugal greeting card hack: for anyone I think might possibly reuse it (and won’t be offended), I write their note on a post-it or nice piece of cardstock instead of directly on the card 💌 Received this card from my mom, sending to my childhood best friend 😄 Cards are $$$ yo!

Good mail day! 💌📕 Hemlock and Silver by T. Kingfisher and Astronaut II by Scott Listfield, one of my fav painters.
Had a bunch of overripe bananas so I baked sourdough banana nut muffins. Baked 25 minutes. Suspect you could make 2-3 more muffins if you didn’t want big tops. Tested two toppings: chopped nuts and a whole walnut with turbinado sugar – I like the sugar crunch but might be too sweet.
