Welcome to Spegal.Dev ("Spegal.Dev," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, software, digital products, hosted services, content, communications, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

  • By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" will refer to both you and that entity.
  • You may not use the Services if doing so would violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

2. Scope of Services

  • The Services may include websites, software, hosted tools, digital downloads, user accounts, subscriptions, support, content, communications, and other products or features we make available now or in the future.
  • Not all Services are available in all locations or to all users, and we may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
  • Certain Services may be subject to additional terms, policies, guidelines, or rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.

    • Access, tamper with, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, network, account, or data without authorization.
    • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security measures, authentication systems, rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions.
    • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automation, or other means to access or collect data from the Services except as expressly permitted by us.
    • Upload, transmit, distribute, or make available any malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, resell, sublicense, mirror, frame, or create derivative works from the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
    • Use the Services to store, host, transmit, distribute, or facilitate illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
    • Use the Services in any way that could create liability for us or interfere with other users' access to the Services.

5. Accounts and Credentials

  • Certain Services may require you to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit and use your User Content in connection with the Services and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.
  • We are not obligated to monitor User Content, but we may review, remove, disable access to, or preserve User Content at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights or safety of any person or entity.

7. Feedback

  • If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or other input regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and otherwise exploit that Feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

10. Subscriptions and Renewals

  • If a Service is offered on a recurring basis, your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.
  • By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method until you cancel.
  • You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
  • We may change subscription pricing, features, or terms upon reasonable notice or by posting updated terms where required.

11. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Initiating a false, abusive, or improper chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services and may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

  • The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or dependencies on third-party websites, applications, services, APIs, payment processors, hosting providers, social platforms, or tools.

16. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to any or all Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, exposed us or others to liability, or misused the Services.
