By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method until you cancel.
You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
We may change subscription pricing, features, or terms upon reasonable notice or by posting updated terms where required.

11. Refunds and Chargebacks

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Initiating a false, abusive, or improper chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services and may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEGAL.DEV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, BE TIMELY, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEGAL.DEV AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
- Your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Services;
- Any unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your content, account, or data;
- Any bugs, interruptions, downtime, service failures, outages, or errors;
- Any third-party conduct, content, products, or services;
- Any decision we make regarding account suspension, termination, content removal, or enforcement; or
- Any other matter relating to the Services or these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO the extent prohibited by law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spegal.Dev and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and partners from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or misuse of the Services;
- Your User Content;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; or
- Your fraud, negligence, willful misconduct, or unauthorized activity.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion.
Any changes will become effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
Your continued access to or use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spegal.Dev regarding the Services, except for any additional written agreements or policies that expressly apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms freely.
