This service is designed for artists who prefer to submit their own lyrics. YOU provide the lyrics, and we ensure a seamless transition to streaming platforms.

Opt for our comprehensive option where we take care of everything. From transcribing to finalizing, let us handle the process, ensuring accurate and ready-to-publish lyrics on platforms like Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, and more. Q: What happens if I want to remove my music from PILLHEADED’s platform later on?

A: If an artists wants to remove a release they had with us, they must submit a request to [email protected] to have the content taken down. We will conduct a review on it and through our own process determine whether the release should be taken down.

 

Q: Can I submit remixes, covers, or sampled music?

A: It depends. Remixes, covers and sample-usage is okay as long as it is legal and approved by all parties. If unauthorized use of any material is brought to light, the artist will lose all access to royalties, and the content will immediately be taken down.

 

Q: What happens if I want to make changes to my submission after it has been posted?

A: You can submit an edit request by sending an email to [email protected] with the content that you want edited. It is important to note that we can not edit artist names.

 

Q: Will my music be reviewed before it is posted?

A: Yes. Although, the process is very simple. It is simply there to ensure quality.

 

Q: How will I be notified once my music is posted?

A: You will receive a message or email from us notifying you when your release will be available.

 

Q: What happens if my submission is rejected?

If your release is rejected, you will be sent a message explaining why it was rejected. If you want to fix the issues with the release, you may submit another submission free of charge. If you no longer wish to have a release through us, you will be refunded all of your money (minus any banks/service fees).

 

 

Q: What are the payment methods for artists who choose the 50% or 90% cut?

A: For royalties, we use Too Lost. All you have to do is go to toolost.com and make an account with the Collaborator plan. It costs $0 to open an account.

 

 

Q: Is there a refund policy if I’m unsatisfied with the service?

A: Unless it your release was rejected and you chose to have a refund, we will not offer any refunds. Once we receive money, it often goes into funding other projects and goals of ours. As a result, we cannot offer refunds without a massive risk being taken on our part.

 

 

Q: Does PILLHEADED modify/edit my release in any way?

A: Yes, we will likely make modifications or edits to your release. This is usually for tags and a watermark but can also occur if extra mastering is needed for the song.

 

 

Q: Can I promote my PILLHEADED release on my own platforms?

A: Yes, you are free to promote your release in any form you wish.

 

 

Q: Is there an opportunity for long-term partnerships or representation through PILLHEADED?

A: As of now, no. Although, it is good to keep a close relationship in case of a change.

 

Q: Do you offer social media promotion for my release?

A: Yes. We will promote your release on our social media.

Quality Guidelines:

Make sure your music is submitted in a high-quality format for the best listening experience. Artwork must be in a

high-quality resolution. Artwork that is meant to have a low-resolution will still be allowed.

 

 

 

Rights and Permissions:

When submitting music to be included on the PILLHEADED page, you consent and give us the rights to posting the song on any platform of our choice. You will not be allowed to post the song to any platform that we have already posted it to. You will still own the rights entirely, this is just giving us control on where we post it. For more information on where songs are posted to, please go back to our "Where We Post" section.

 

 

Submission Process:

When submitting your music, please e-mail us your information for yourself and for your music (Social links, music title/titles, artist name, featured artist names, producers, track list, etc.). When sending us audio and image files, please use Google Drive, Dropbox or MEGA to ensure there is no quality being lost.

 

 

Legal Considerations:

You are responsible for ensuring that any music you submit to the page is complying with copyright laws. Any producer, artist or anyone who contributed to the music that was stolen from has every right to contact us to take down your music. If you are found to have stolen any work, you will no longer be paid for your music and the music will be taken down immediately. Please pay your producers.

We prioritize the protection of our platform and artists alike. By submitting your music to PILLHEADED, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the content you provide. This includes, but is not limited to, any allegations of copyright infringement, unauthorized use, or disputes related to your intellectual property. Your commitment to indemnification ensures that our platform remains a safe space for artistic expression without exposing us to legal risks. We encourage open communication, and in the rare event of a dispute, we will work together to find an amicable resolution. In alignment with legal requirements, we reserve the right to take down any content that violates copyright laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or poses legal risks to our platform.
