Frequently Asked Questions
Do unused conversions roll over to the next month?
No, conversions are refreshed each month. Any unused conversions from the previous month will expire.
What happens if I exceed my usage limit?
If you exceed your usage limit, additional conversions will continue as overages and will be billed separately according to your plan’s overage rate.
Is my data stored after conversion?
By default, we do not store your generated files. You can enable optional storage in the settings page and configure retention for up to 2 years. Signed documents and audit logs are never deleted automatically. You can delete them manually from the dashboard or by using the delete document endpoint.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time or upgrade your subscription whenever you need, directly from the dashboard.
