Use of ReadOtter
ReadOtter is a tool for educators and individuals to manage classroom libraries.
You agree to use ReadOtter only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse the service or interfere with others.
Accounts and Subscriptions
- Some features require an account through the ReadOtter web app.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
- Subscriptions are billed through third-party payment providers.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the provider you used to purchase.
Data Responsibility
- You are responsible for the data you enter into ReadOtter.
- The mobile app stores library and student data locally on your device.
- You should avoid entering sensitive personal information unless appropriate for your use.
Third-Party Services
ReadOtter relies on third-party providers for functionality such as payments, authentication, and hosting.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
Availability
ReadOtter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadOtter is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Mobile App (Apple Devices)
If you downloaded ReadOtter from the Apple App Store, your use of the mobile app is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ReadOtter means you accept the updated Terms.
