In 2019, ROOTS was born from an idea by Felix Chamorro — to create a place where wine is at the center of everything.
We are wine people. Wine nerds, really.
ROOTS is built by and for those who love wine — simply, honestly, and without unnecessary complications.
Our philosophy is straightforward:
hand-picked producers, real products, no shortcuts.
We work directly with small producers across Europe, sourcing wines, cheeses, cured meats, and olive oil with a strong Slow Food mindset — respecting origin, craft, and tradition.
At ROOTS, everything revolves around the wine.
The food is there to support it, enhance it, and make the experience complete — never to take over.
What we offer is simple:
a table, a glass, something to eat, and the time to enjoy it.
