This incident has been resolved. Our upstream vendor has mitigated the underlying issue and all affected services have been restored.
The following have been confirmed as resolved:
* Meeting recording bots are joining calls as expected
* Recordings and transcripts are processing and appearing in Clarify
* All platform features are fully accessible

Update -
Our upstream vendor is continuing to investigate the root cause of this incident. We expect to share a further update by 10:00 AM PST.
Impact: Meeting recording bots are currently experiencing a partial outage across all supported platforms. Recordings and transcripts may be delayed in appearing in Clarify until the vendor has resolved their issues.
We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting the scheduling of new meeting recordings due to a service disruption with one of our upstream vendors.
Impact: New meeting recordings may fail to schedule. Meetings that were successfully scheduled prior to this incident should continue to function as expected, however there may be a delay in recordings appearing in Clarify until the vendor resolves their ongoing incident.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
