Monitoring - We wanted to share an update regarding the Ohio 2 facility. The relocation process is currently underway, and miners at this location are being safely powered down in preparation for transfer to a new hosting facility in Texas 8.

672 miners have already been uninstalled and will arrive in Texas 8 this week. These units will be energized as soon as possible.

Temporary miners have been assigned based on availability.

We understand this transition may cause temporary disruption, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Once your miners have been relocated and brought back online, our Remote Operations team will notify you right away.

Identified - Miners from the Texas 6 facility are being relocated to a more optimal site to enhance uptime. The relocation process is currently underway. Provided there are no unforeseen delays, miners are expected to be online at a new Compass Mining facility by October 15, 2025. Our team is currently working through providing miner swaps for customers who elected this option.

Identified - We are currently compiling all miners that are ready to be shipped from Canada to the U.S. While there is no confirmed ETA yet, we are in the process of finalizing the shipment list. This batch will include miners from customers who opted for relocation and have signed the waiver. We have sent follow-up communications to customers who have not yet signed the waiver in order to include them in the shipment schedule.

For customers still waiting on the miner swap offer, we will provide further updates once the swap units are available and the offers have been added to their respective accounts.
