At 11:30AM EST on April 9, we experienced an issue with our Backend, Online Ordering, and Checkout services that caused customers to experience intermittent errors when visiting their dashboard and caused their guests to not be able to access their Online Ordering or other E-commerce stores. Our team worked as quickly as possible to resolve this issue and and we were back up and running at April 9th at 1:50PM EST. However, we are still monitoring the issue.
