Identified - We have identified an issue that may be causing delays in AVAX staking reward payouts to some of our customers.
Staking, unstaking, and rewards accrual are unaffected. Our team is working to resolve the issue and restore normal reward payouts as soon as possible. Updates will be shared as more information becomes available.

Identified - Starting Tuesday, 24 February 2026 at 11:00 WIB, deposit services via Bank Transfer will be temporarily unavailable until further notice.
During this period, customers will not be able to make deposits using the Bank Transfer method. To continue funding your account, please use GoPay, which remains fully operational.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Updates will be provided once deposit services via Bank Transfer are restored.

Mulai Selasa, 24 Februari 2026 pukul 11.00 WIB, layanan deposit melalui Bank Transfer tidak tersedia untuk sementara waktu hingga pemberitahuan lebih lanjut.
Selama periode ini, pelanggan tidak dapat melakukan deposit menggunakan metode Bank Transfer. Untuk tetap melakukan deposit, silakan gunakan metode deposit GoPay, yang tetap beroperasi secara normal.
