We identified and resolved an issue that caused delays when publishing Web Experimentation changes. Some customers may have experienced experiments remaining in a processing state during this window. The publishing queue is now actively processing and clearing a backlog of pending changes. Experiments that were affected should complete automatically. We are continuing to monitor to confirm full resolution.

We are aware of an issue affecting the Events Export API, which is causing some requests to this endpoint to return errors.
Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a resolution. No event data collection is impacted by this issue, only the ability to generate temporary export credentials is affected.

We are currently aware of an issue affecting image loading and uploading across the CMP and DAM. This is caused by an ongoing Cloudflare outage that has impacted our image server.
In addition, inconsistent behaviour has been reported with public links. We are monitoring this as part of the same incident.
Our Product Development Engineering team is actively working on a temporary solution. We will share further details, including a release timeline, as soon as they are available.
