When I'm not building things for the internet, I take photos of stuff.
Often found wandering, camera in hand, through the Cheshire countryside or local markets and charity shops with my wife, kids, and dog.
I have been known to do a little bit of running. I prefer running on dirt tracks, towpaths, and up and down hills; I believe it may be called Trail Running but there could be some nuance I'm unaware of. I'm not hugely accomplished; never competed and have personal bests of around 6k in 30 minutes.
I have been reading a lot of books about "fantasy" lately. I'm currently reading "Children of Virtue and Vengeance" by Tomi Adeyemi. There are 338 books on my To Be Read list. I just added "Children of Anguish and Anarchy" by Tomi Adeyemi. You can see more of my reading on my dedicated Reading page.

I listened to Melanie Martinez and Korpiklaani this week. I've been slightly obsessed with "Austere-To Fade With The Dusk" by Alexandra.
Recently, I've been watching "The Apprentice UK" (N/A, 2005–) and I'm hoping to start "Alice" (Nick Willing, 2009) soon. I've watched a lot of stuff tagged “animation” and there are 88 things left on my Want To Watch list.
