The Michigan Wolverines are partying like it's 1989 -- they just became the 2026 NCAA champions, their first title in almost four decades ... and they had every reason to celebrate after a hard-fought run to the top.

The Wolverines claimed the crown at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Monday night, sealing the win as the final buzzer sounded with a 69-63 score.

The Wolverines lost their minds after the clock hit zero, delivering their first national title since 1989 -- when future NBA champion Glen Rice led the team and took home the MVP honors.

Offset was all smiles and showing love to fans just moments before he was shot outside a South Florida casino ... TMZ has learned.

Witnesses tell us the rapper was inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL around 7:10 PM Monday -- moments before the shooting -- and he was in great spirits.

We're told Offset was standing near an exit, looking out toward the valet area while talking on his phone. During that time, fans approached him and he happily engaged.

We're told he shook hands, posed for photos and chatted briefly with supporters with no hesitation and no signs anything was off. A witness tells us he seemed relaxed and friendly.

Former WWE champion Alberto del Rio appears to be in legal trouble down in Mexico, where he allegedly physically assaulted his wife.

Alberto was detained by law enforcement in San Luis Potosí, a large Mexican state, according to multiple reports Monday.

The detainment was reportedly the result of a complaint filed by Alberto's wife, who alleged he beat her.

Offset ... the former Migos rapper was shot near a popular casino in Florida.

A rep for the rapper confirms to TMZ ... Offset was shot Monday near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL.

Per the spokesperson, Offset is "fine" and "is currently at the hospital receiving medical care."

The rep added, "He is stable and being closely monitored.”

A rep for the Seminole Police tells TMZ, "We are aware of an incident that occurred at a valet area after 7 p.m. Monday outside of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood that resulted in non-life threatening injuries to an individual who was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood."

The rep added, "Seminole Police were on site immediately and the situation was contained quickly. Two individuals have been detained by police. The investigation is ongoing. The site is secure and there is no threat to the public. Operations continue as normal."

Caitlyn Jenner has filed a hefty creditor's claim against the estate of her late friend and former manager, Sophia Hutchins -- alleging she's owed nearly half a million dollars.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Jenner claims Hutchins racked up $439,095.88 in unpaid expenses before her death, including credit card charges, cash advances, shopping, and her portion of some shared legal fees.

The docs detail where the money allegedly went, including spending at companies like Shopify, eBay, 1stdibs, and other online retailers.

There are a couple of new notes in the Nancy Guthrie cold case ... both from the same person offering information on the kidnapper, but for the first time they're revealing an exact location and claiming they saw her in Mexico.

TMZ received the first new note Monday morning -- the same day Savannah Guthrie made her return to "TODAY" -- and it's from the person who has been offering to rat out the kidnappers for nearly two months now. They say their demand for 1 bitcoin to "deliver them on a silver platter" still stands.

Shortly after we talked about the first note on "TMZ Live," the person sent a second letter saying ... "I Saw her alive with them in the state of Sonora Mexico."

Howard Stern and his wife Beth are being sued by a woman who claims they fostered a hostile work environment when she was their executive assistant.

A woman named Leslie Kuhn is going after Howard and Beth in a New York court ... she says when she worked as Howard and Beth's executive assistant, they asked her to move into their 20,000-square-foot Southampton mansion, where she claims Beth put a lot on her plate.

Kuhn claims Beth tasked her with managing the mansion's staff ... including scheduling, completing payroll, and managing general household operations like Beth's at-home cat rescue and fostering operation.

Paris Jackson’s little brother, Blanket "Bigi" Jackson, and his legal team were apparently unsuccessful in their attempt to resolve her bitter battle with their late father’s estate ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Michael’s estate executors, John Branca and John McClain, called out Paris for backing out of a deal they say was recently reached between the executors and Jackson's children.

Paris has been fighting the executors over certain payments made by the estate to third-party law firms that she felt were excessive, and has been pushing for a better process in court for approval of such payments. The estate countered that the payments were standard for the industry, and pointed out they have earned the estate billions of dollars.

Amanda Bynes has officially inked a record deal as she steps into the music world ... TMZ has learned.

The former Nickelodeon star signed with Create Music Group and is launching a new chapter as a recording artist, starting with her single "Girlfriend," set to drop April 10.

We're told Amanda teamed up with Fenix Flexin from Shoreline Mafia on the track ... giving the record a strong L.A. sound and a notable hip hop co-sign.

Joseph Duggar's arrest on child molestation allegations prompted an email from his brother-in-law Austin Forsyth ... with Austin offering to help Joseph's wife, Kendra Duggar, get through things.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, there's an email exchange between Joseph and Austin, who is married to Joseph's sister, "19 Kids and Counting" star Joy-Anna.

Austin emailed Joseph on March 25, while Joseph was behind bars at the Washington County Detention Center in Arkansas following allegations he molested a 9-year-old girl in Florida.

Lady Gaga just broke some major hearts in Montreal -- pulling the plug on her show hours before she was set to hit the stage.

The Dallas Stars have taken action against a fan who was seen doing an apparent Nazi salute during a game at American Airlines Center in December ... the NHL team has banned him "indefinitely" from the arena.

A spokesperson for the Stars told The Dallas Morning News that they identified the individual who "purchased the tickets and will be banning the individual indefinitely from American Airlines Center."
