I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from the Autobarn Port Stephens store today. I placed an online order for next-day pickup at this location, however due to unforeseen circumstances I had to travel approximately 200km away before I could collect it. The following day, I contacted the store to request a simple and reasonable solution — either transferring the item to a store closer to my new location or updating the system to allow collection elsewhere. Unfortunately, what followed was completely unacceptable. I spoke with a staff member (Matt) and later his manager, both of whom were dismissive, unhelpful, and outright rude. I was told they could not transfer the item due to a “policy,” but no effort was made to offer any alternative solution or assistance. What was most shocking was the manager’s attitude. When I provided the postcode of the store closer to me, he responded with: “Where the hell is that?” — which is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The situation escalated further when I politely asked for the manager’s name. I was told it was “none of my business,” and the call was abruptly terminated. This experience showed a complete lack of basic customer service, professionalism, and respect. At no point did I feel that my situation was taken seriously or handled with any willingness to help. I understand that policies exist, but the way this was handled — with hostility and disregard — is completely unacceptable. A business should always strive to assist customers and communicate respectfully, regardless of limitations. I am extremely dissatisfied and would strongly urge Autobarn to review the conduct and training of staff at this location.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service from Arc’teryx. I purchased a Thorium SV jacket for around $600, expecting premium durability and support to match the price point. Instead, the jacket ripped within one month of ownership—and I had only worn it twice. When I reached out to customer service, they dismissed the issue as “normal wear and tear,” which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price level with such minimal use. Their initial solutions were equally frustrating: either patch the jacket (ridiculous for a nearly new $600 coat) or pay out of pocket to have a panel replaced. Trying to salvage the situation, I agreed to send it in and pay for the repair. After waiting, I then received an update stating they couldn’t fix the jacket at all because they don’t have the materials. So now I’m left with a defective, expensive jacket and no real resolution. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Arc’teryx. Premium pricing should come with premium quality and accountability—this was neither. I will not be purchasing from them again and would strongly caution others to think twice before spending their money here.

So far its been a good experience I think i finally got both my tents synced when it comes to climate. Have a n exhaust/and 2 inlines running. Using house a/c to keep both my tents cool and one Vivosun w70 for myb2 tents. I even had to return something big item and that was a smooth process. No I have both regular 2×4 tent and my 3×3 is the 2000D mylar tent and my only complaint is that the tents both have light penetrating issues at the zippers I can see light emitting from porous areas . From all the equipment I have purchased and am using all work great from the humidifiers 05/09 both worm great my heater is awesome even the a/c isn't too bad although I did have some moments where the a/c threw my climate off each a few times just recently I started using the little USB c wifi adapters that helped keep most things synced and the new climate control works great with the added Co2 reader way coool. All in all its doesnt break my bank all or most accessories are affordable glad I went this route to start my first grow! Thank you Vivosun for helping start my someone my goals for this year

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lastminute.com and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them. After making a package holiday booking, I needed to modify my travel plans. Unfortunately, their customer service was incredibly slow, rude and unhelpful. I made multiple attempts to get assistance, but responses took far too long and did not resolve my issue. Because of these delays, I am about to miss the opportunity to make changes in time and am now facing significant financial loss as I have tried to cancel my holiday due to this horrible experience. It feels completely unfair that their lack of timely support and unprofessionalism has put me in this position. The whole experience has been stressful and frustrating. A company handling people’s holidays should provide efficient and reliable support, but this was far from the case. I will not be using Lastminute.com again and would not recommend them based on my experience.

She is an amazing, kind person, very serious about her work in money energetics. I have gained a lot from her program. Her NSS(Nervous System Safety work is wonderful, and DTBs will build such a strong thought process; she is a friend and mentor. Also the kind of money blockages she will remove from you is just beyond the limit. I have personally experienced it. I am so confident about my money energy - Calm and I know I am learning and winning each day with no rush, no bhagam bhag, no restlessness. The Worth exercise is very powerful, you will understand how worthy you are my darling. I have understood that whichever area apart from your soul you attach worth to, you will slow down in that area. I am worthy beyond everything. I am worthy because I exist. Very strong accountability and if you have come across her just know that some deep conscious shifts are coming your way.

I recently had a consultation call, but unfortunately, the experience felt more like a sales pitch for their package (interview coaching, CV preparation, etc.) rather than a genuine discussion about my career needs. When I asked specific questions about their experience working with candidates in the hospitality industry, the agent appeared to agree with everything without providing clear or credible details. When prompted for concrete examples of successful placements or case studies, they were unable to share any and did not follow up with supporting information via email as mentioned during the call. Additionally, I never received any follow-up communication after the consultation, which further raised concerns about the credibility of their claims.

I believe the item I received is a fake toxic product. I took a 3 drop dose mixed in water. Within 20 min I had constant runny nose, eyes watering, like an allergy. This was followed by excessive bloating frequent bowel movements (14 x in 24 hours) My urine never turned blue/green. My adverse effects lasted for 3 days. Also, the packaging appears like a "copy" with poor print quality, almost illegible. I certainly DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT!! I have no idea what the content was but I will not take it again that's for sure.

It was a great experience to see our baby growing well and have some reassurance. Especially since NHS doesn't give you the option to see the baby from week 20 forward. Window to the womb was very professional, they moved our appointment without questions and provided a earlier alternative to fulfil our needs. The staff was extremely kind and organised before and after the appointment. During the scan it was a great experience and we felt very positive about the entire process. I would recommend it.

Totally disappointed in Myer. I purchased a pair of shoes online then had to go overseas for a family emergency. When I came back after a month and a half realized the shoe was big called and took the shoe to Myer for an exchange for the next size down and they refused saying it’s the policy. But come one can Myer not make an exception for a genuine case. I only wanted the same style in a smaller size. This is disappointing and not great service.

Artium Music Academy is the best because it is the most wonderful, awesome, and a helpful music class. It teaches and inspires others how great it is. One of the most important and G.O.A.T (greatest of all time) is my teacher. She is very helpful, kind, and whenever I ask a doubt she clears it very well. Pitches actually grown very well now. This company provides the most barebones, souldraining lab environments that offer no actual learning experience due to the extremely handholdy step-by-step nature. Labs are segmented poorly and often randomly seeming to jump from 1 hour labs to 3+ hour labs that offer levels of monotonous redundancy typically restricted to the most secure government facilities.

Overall, it was a lovely experience, and a dream come true to see a legend. Only complaint was My wife has a disability but does not have a wheelchair and I stated that when getting my ticket, but they did not have a chair for me at first had to go to the box office and request one but they did get it quickly just hated the hassle of having to do that.

Apart from a clog I got in the first two days from some PETG it seems, it has mostly run ok. I did lose the purge tower for a print 10 hours in which failed it so the full colour printing is not as I had hoped. Better than any printer I have used so far so comparatively a four star for price and what you get.
