TVA continues to develop governance and requirements for using AI as outlined by industry standards and Federal regulations. Under the plan, the Chief AI Officer in partnership with the Enterprise Risk Council oversee the use of AI at TVA. The plan also outlines how TVA will enhance transparency and accountability when utilizing AI while facilitating consistency across the agency, emphasizing risk mitigation and ethical considerations.
