Tried to cancel my order only 12 hours after ordering, checked tracking beforehand and order had not been filled. Company made me send screenshot of email with time stamp (even though they responded to said email). Didn’t cancel order, but held it until reviewed, shipped it anyway even though they could have cancelled. When I received package 3 weeks later, fabrics had strong chemical smell & were poorly made/see through. Tried to return but was told of restocking fee, shipping fee to Asia even though they listed North Carolina address. Do NOT buy from them. Untrustworthy! Edited-the reply below is something they keep sending me with no clear plan to make it right. They gave me 25 percent refund so I wouldn’t have to go through “all the trouble” of paying for shipping to Asia & paying for restocking fee. Making it right would include a way to ship to North Carolina as requested and a full refund.

I purchased a server from this company and it has been completely unusable for 5 days. The IP doesn’t respond to ping, SSH doesn’t work, and even the VNC in their panel is broken. I opened two support tickets and received absolutely no response. They took my money, but there is no service and no support. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. A hosting provider that ignores customers while their servers are down should not be trusted. I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Placed order twice as it’s showing good discounts and offers but both time order seems to have been cancelled without any reason and then accounts been deleted as I can’t even log in shows I have no account so not sure what they’re up to! Why are they putting discounts and offers on if you’re going to cancel my orders never had this issue with any other company don’t think I’m going to bother again and will be putting formal complaint to ombudsman

Ladies, if you have not bought anything from this company yet, please get on board the customer service team and the support team with this company is A1 top-tier I made a mistake on my order and was not happy with what I had gotten and they totally made me feel just absolutely amazing about my return and if the purchase purchase refund was absolutely amazing they took care of everything. I had a small problem with my order. Reached out to customer support and even faster than I thought they help me with my order. My order came as I thought. My glasses are a very good quality, lenses prescription on point. Order some for my 8 year old and also loved his glasses. Kids eye glasses are great quality for the little ones. Very much happy with my order and not to forget customer service 100/100

Awful!!! I have been trying to return 2 dresses. One is too large and the second the fabric was not what I had expected. I had read the return policy before purchasing and did not order a custom size. I ordered two standard sizes. They have tried to get me sell the dresses myself and refund me 110 dollars when I spent over 500. Frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend.

Applied 4 times for a delivery driver role and rejected every time without even an interview, despite living in the borough all my life, with enhanced communication skills, customer service experience and with nearly 40 years driving experience. They clearly discriminate, and my guess is it is my age over my gender or race. They will vehemently deny it, of course. Vile.

I am so satisfied about such an l amazing team. The designs of the cloths are amazing 🤩 and I absolutely will buy many more beautiful outfits from Commense. I really love them.

Waited 2 1/2 weeks for an order that was supposed to be an Easter present and then I get an email on Easter Sunday that the item had sold out and instead of refunding me MY money, they issued a gift card. I don’t want to purchase anything from a company that prioritises posting on social media everyday but can’t post out orders. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

It was really very professional and fast, though we had to send several emails but I guess that was required as genuinity of the owner had to be ascertained, we really appreciate the lost and found teams efforts and my parents and our family is truly thankful that we got back our baggage with all the items intact, Thank you so much
