Late payments incur a $10 per late payment fee. Unchained Trading, LLC will charge a selling fee (see trading desk fees) for collateral sales, which will be deducted from the proceeds of any collateral sale before applying the remaining proceeds to the amounts outstanding under the loan. A forced liquidation incurs a 2% selling fee per liquidation. A returned ACH will incur a $15 per returned payment fee.
