Order Bump Not Adding to Order – Urgent Assistance Needed

Hello WPFunnels Support Team,
I’m experiencing a critical issue with the order bump feature in WPFunnels.
I have set up an order bump following all the steps outlined in your documentation. The product is correctly assigned to the bump, but when I test the checkout process, I encounter the following problems:
- I select (checkmark) the order bump during checkout.
- On the “Thank You” page, only the main product appears in the order details.
- The order bump price is not added to the total order amount.
- The deliverable for the order bump does not appear on the thank-you page or in the order summary.
Here’s what I’ve already tried without success:
- Cleared cache and tested with cache plugin disabled.
- Changed internet connections and browsers.
- Created a brand-new funnel from scratch.
- Created new products for the bump.
- Tested with over four previous versions of the plugin.
- Deactivated all other plugins to rule out conflicts.
Despite all these attempts, the issue persists. Could you please advise on how to fix this problem or if there’s a known bug affecting order bumps in the latest versions?
