We aim to partner with professional printers located as close to you as possible. For this reason, our print product catalog may vary from country to country.
Shipping times vary between regions, and delivery to more rural areas may be slightly longer than to metro areas. Delivery may also take longer if you ordered photo books, banners, or yard signs.
- Economy delivery: Up to 14 business days
- Standard delivery: Up to 8 business days
- Express delivery: Up to 3 business days
All delivery times include a production time of 1-2 business days. Note that these don’t include weekends and public holidays.
A free shipping option is always available. If you’re looking to receive your order sooner, we offer faster shipping for an additional fee.
In-store pickup is available at FedEx Office stores in the US or Staples if you’re in Canada. We’ll be adding more collection partners around the world soon.

We optimize every single one of our designs and images for print. But if you’re uploading photography (or non-vector artwork), make sure they are no less than 96 DPI but, ideally, around 300 DPI. You don’t want anything to look pixelated!
And with automated proofing, you can quickly check whether your design is print ready. With one click or tap, it will detect ideal text size, check elements too close to the bleed zone, and ensure the image resolution is pixel-perfect.
