Reviews
- Great compilation of tracks and artist, and a really clean sound on the vinyls. My only gripe is the Oasis single which feels really an unnecessary thing to include. It would be fine if the recording of the live song was better, but as it is I can't make out any lyrics and I can only guess it is Noel who is singing this one. Vocals sound so awful I should put vocals in air quotes. Oh well, main thing is that the actual album is high quality.
Two pancake flat and centred discs. Clean and incredibly quiet too. And a great mix right across the soundstage. If I could moan about anything- the records are stuck into the inner sleeve with a fair amount of static so the vinyl immediately grabs any dust floating around leading to some clicks and pops.
Very poignant to have a record of this worthiness to be released given what some countries are doing to others at this very moment.
a beautiful work of art, start to finish. Great artists, great songs, for a great cause. Not to mention the high quality of the vinyl and mastering.
