Trump Allies Launch $100M AI Group as Industry Midterm Spending Tops $300M
Innovation Council Action, a new pro-Trump political nonprofit led by former White House deputy chief of staff Taylor Budowich and endorsed by outgoing AI czar David Sacks, plans to spend more than $100 million on the 2026 midterms. The group will use a lawmaker scorecard to reward AI deregulation supporters and punish critics.
