Product pages don’t fail because of bad products: they fail because they don’t sell clearly. In this case, the product had everything going for it: quality, reviews, and pricing. So we restructured the PDP to: 1. Lead with stronger, trust-building product imagery. 2. Communicate key product attributes and tasting notes upfront. 3. Surface offers and subscription value early to increase AOV 4. Simplify the layout so users reach the buying decision faster. The result is a product page that doesn’t just look better, it guides attention, sets expectations, and makes purchasing feel obvious. Some weekends leave you more energized than the weekdays. This one did. I spent my Saturday at the Shop Quest event for Shopify developers and it turned out to be the most productive day of the week. Meaningful conversations with other founders, exchanging key insights about their processes, and learning from real on-ground experiences… the last days of September couldn’t have ended on a better note. In the Spring of 2024, I sat nervously in Sharifa Murdock's office and showed her my 2023 vision board. She was on it. When I think about BOSS women — the powerhouses who influence culture, lead with vision, and shape what’s next — Sharifa stands out. So when she invited me to support Envsn with a data strategy and a website refresh, I was all in. That seed bloomed into so much more. I joined the ENVSN core team and had the joy of collaborating with creative, intelligent women deeply connected to their crafts. Together, we prepped for ENVSN Fest 2024. Coyote Agency: - Rebuilt the website (shoutout to REBECCA LOVINSKY & Friction Studio | Shopify Agency for the design + development) - Recommended a new check-in experience (cc Posh) - Launched a mobile app to track session engagement - Created SMS + push notification campaigns - Reported on ticketing system performance - Seamlessly checked in nearly 4,000 attendees Our team showed up and delivered. And it meant the world to see friends come out to support, share hugs, and witness the magic we built. This work is personal. A decade ago, I was a 20-something attending Liberty Fairs, chasing connections and walking through those doors with butterflies in my chest. Now, I get to help design that experience for the next generation. Me and my team will be back, managing the check in experience for ENVSN Festival - along with email + sms communications :) and we set out to make this a pleasurable experience.
