How To Align Training With Business Goals in Your LMS Many training programs run smoothly. Courses are launched. People complete them. Reports look good. But sooner or later, leadership asks a simple question: how does this help the business? That is where many L&D teams start feeling stuck. The key is linking to real business goals.
