Friday April 17th * Vendors/Campers Only
5-8 pm: Gates open Vendors to come in and start setting up for the weekend.
8:00 pm: Bonfire for the Vendors/Campers

12:00-2:45 pm: Vendor Load In/Set Up
3:00 pm Registration Opens-Vendors Open (3:00-10:00 pm), Food Vendors Open (3:00-10:00 pm)
Ongoing: Bright Eyes Belly Dance Class Sign Ups and Demonstrations at tent
4:00-4:15 pm: Performance by Bright Eyes Belly Dance
4:30-5:00 pm: Yoga with Charlie (Bring a mat or towel)
5:00-5:30 pm: Mini Dance Class by Amy Bright of Bright Eyes Belly Dance
6:00-6:15 pm: Performance by Bright Eyes Belly Dance
6:30 pm: Yoga with Charlie (Bring a mat or towel)
7:30-10:30 pm with breaks as needed: Musical Performance by Vicar Green
9:00-11:30 pm: Bonfire
12:00 am: Time to Go

We have a few Vendor spaces open but we have enough Food Trucks for this event.

Moon Fest Fall will be combined with our Halloween event so that we can continue to hold Hallowpalooza! The date will be October 17, 2026. Mark Your Calendars!
