Around September I started looking for a new helmet, when I found a new helmet I started looking for a new chill mount for it, it turned out that it wasn't on the market, I wrote to the Chin Mount company, they led me by the nose for maybe four months and didn't do anything, but then I found the POV mount Italian company , and at the end of the year, somewhere around December, I contacted them and within two months they bought a new helmet like mine and made me a new mount for my camera and even managed to send it to me just before my trip to Wales. I have already tested it in extreme conditions and everything is great. I am very satisfied and I recommend this company to everyone.

Review:
My concern is mainly regarding the delivery dates that were communicated to me.

After purchasing the item, it took approximately three working days for the order to be prepared and handed over to FedEx. I then received an email from POV providing an estimated delivery date; however, this date did not match the delivery estimate provided by FedEx, which indicated the parcel would arrive approximately six days later than the date stated by POV.

A delay of one day beyond the estimated delivery date would have been acceptable. However, delays beyond that create difficulties for me, as I have travel commitments scheduled shortly afterwards. I informed POV that if the delivery was delayed by more than two days beyond the estimated date they provided, I would not be able to accept the delivery and would need to return the item. My intention was simply to communicate my constraints clearly, not to be rude or aggressive. I was told that i am being aggressive and all i said was the item will be shipped back if not here on time.

I believe that when a business provides an estimated delivery date in their communication, reasonable efforts should be made to meet that timeframe. In this case POV mounts could do anything so they cancel my order out ( according to them the only thing they could do). This left me in a position or scramble and buy something else and hope it gets to me on time.
It is also concerning to receive a response stating that delivery timing is "out of control" or that delivery dates are not advertised, particularly when an estimated date had already been provided in writing and came from their email address! ( i have screenshot to prove this)

I think POV have been rude, some of their emails have words in all capital

Because of this now i have to find another company to deliver this to me with time before i start my travelling. inconvience cause only by POV mounts

I gave a chance to a newer company but i guess it wasn't all there to deliver.

I’ve been using this POV mount for my motorcycle racing, and I’m honestly seriously impressed. As someone who rides hard and pushes limits, reliability is everything for me.

I even had a crash while using the mount and both the mount and my camera stayed intact. That alone says a lot about the build quality and durability.

I’ve also tested it at speeds up to 250 km/h, and it held perfectly stable with no shaking or movement issues. The footage stayed clean, and I never felt like my camera was at risk.

If you’re into high-speed riding or just want something you can truly trust, this mount delivers.

Shipping was very quick — I placed the order on January 28th, it shipped the next day, and arrived in Sweden by February 5th.

The parts are 3D printed and the print quality looks excellent. The included adhesive is high quality 3M VHB.

Fitment on my Airoh Commander 2 was spot-on and didn’t block or affect the chin air vents at all.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with it so far.

I had some problems with the shop app and wrong address but after the mount got sent back pov mount team was very helpful and understanding and was able to reship it, always a fast response 10/10

I’ve been using this mount for my motorcycle POV content and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality.

The build feels solid and well thought out, installation was straightforward, and once mounted it feels very secure even while riding. I especially like how clean it looks on the helmet, which is important for POV filming.

After testing it on real rides, the stability has been great and it integrates naturally into my setup without getting in the way.

Overall, a very well-designed product for anyone looking to record motorcycle POV.

Two weeks for delivery of a simple envelope, delivery at €10? And €40 for 3D-printed frames exactly like the ChinMounts they disparage in their ad. The finish is poor; I'm afraid to use it.

The product is excellent. Very easy to use and very high quality. It also looks good and fits very well with the helmet. Along with the basic product, I also bought an additional Social pack and it is also perfect. Delivery to Croatia was very fast so this purchase was a very nice experience.
