MyXWiki.org upgraded to 18.1.0

myxwiki.org has been upgraded to XWiki 18.1.0. If you own a wiki hosted there, you should have a look at the release notes for this version. Your wiki might not yet be fully upgraded, but it will eventually be, automatically in the background. It should still be usable in the meantime (some new features and improvements listed in the release note might just not yet be visible), but page save might be slower than usual while the upgrades are running.

XWiki 17.10.4 Released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki 17.10.4. This is a bug fix release, containing security fixes with the highest severity being 7.1/10. See the release notes for more information.

OpenID Connect Authenticator 2.20.0 Released

The OpenID Connect Authenticator 2.20.0 has been released. Along with the usual bugfixes and dependencies upgrades, it introduces the support for PKCE.

Cristal Integration 1.4.0 Released

The Cristal Integration extension 1.4.0 has been released. This version updates Cristal to version 1.1.0. This new Cristal version relies on recent XWiki APIs, and as such this extension no longer supports XWiki versions older than 18.1.0. You can refer to Cristal's release notes for a more exhaustive list of changes.

Cristal 1.1.0 Released

Cristal 1.1.0 is now released. This release includes preliminary work to deprecate the need to install the headless Cristal Integration extension for XWiki, as well as several dependency upgrades. See the release notes for more details.

XWiki 18.1.0 Released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki 18.1.0. This release adds options for the Kebab-case Page Naming strategy. Work is progressing on integrating Blocknote as a new WYSIWYG block editor in XWiki (directly converting from Blocknote internal syntax to XWiki syntaxes without going through Markdown), and the preparation work to integrate Cristal inside XWiki is also advancing. This release contains security fixes, with the highest severity being 7.1/10. See the release notes for more information.

It is also the last release of the 17.4 branch as it's not supported anymore: we invite users to upgrade to 17.10 branch (latest release being 17.10.3 as of today).
