We will deal with such a request by following the procedure outlined below:
Clients may request access to or correction of their personal information held by us.

- calling the Relationship Manager directly; or
- emailing a written request to the Relationship Manager (preferred method for record-keeping and clarity).
Please include in the request:
- your full name and contact details; and
- a clear description of the information you wish to access or correct.
Please note:
- we may request proof of identity before processing your request;
- we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 business days;
- if we cannot fulfil your request, we will explain why and outline your options;
- there is no charge for making a request, although we may charge a reasonable fee for providing access to large volumes of information.
