  • Today, we’re proud to celebrate International Women’s Day by spotlighting two incredible members of our team. 💜 We’re honoring Fely and Gabby for their talent, dedication, and the impact they make every day. From the work they do to the perspectives they bring, they help move our organization forward and make our workplace stronger. As we recognize Women’s History Month, we’re reminded that progress is powered by the voices, leadership, and achievements of women across our company and beyond. Thank you, Fely and Gabby, for sharing what this day means to you—and for being such an inspiration to those around you. Read what #IWD means to them below: Gabby - International Women’s Day, to me, is a time to reflect on the women who have shaped my life, their strength, sacrifices, and quiet resilience that often go unnoticed. It’s a reminder of how much I’ve learned from the women around me: about courage, compassion, and perseverance. It also feels like a call to action, to not take progress for granted and to keep supporting and uplifting women’s voices, ambitions, and rights. Fely - International Women’s Month is deeply personal to me. It’s a reminder of how far I’ve come, not just in age, but in life. Before 30, I became a wife, a mother, and a provider for my family, all while continuing to grow in my career. Being a woman means learning to balance strength and softness. It means showing up even when it’s hard, choosing perseverance when things feel overwhelming, and continuing to dream even after reaching milestones you once prayed for. This month celebrates resilience, courage, and the quiet sacrifices women make every day. I’m proud of the woman I’m becoming and grateful for the journey that shaped me. #internationalwomensday #womenshistorymonth #herstory

  • Throughout February, we are excited to amplify the voice of our coworkers to celebrate Black History Month. Today, hear from Emeka, on what Black History Month means to him. Black History Month creates space for reflection, not just on the past, but on how we show up for one another today. It’s a reminder that progress has often been driven by people who served their communities quietly and consistently, even when recognition was limited. That legacy invites us to think about service not as a title or initiative, but as a daily practice rooted in care, responsibility, and integrity. In the workplace, service shows up in how we listen, how we support growth, and how we create environments where people feel trusted and valued. When equity is approached through service, it becomes less about obligation and more about stewardship, creating space for others to do their best work. Black history is woven into our shared story. Reflecting on it encourages us to lead, work, and serve with greater intention, not just this month, but always. #BlackHistoryMonth #employeeadvocacy
