ColoClue strongly believes in making the internet better by implementing security features sooner rather than later. We've been doing strict filtering based on IRR data for a long time; when RPKI became a thing, we soon implemented that too. We believe that the objectives of MANRS perfectly align with the goals of ColoClue, so it only makes sense to join!

Internet has vastly grown in size over the last two decades. Although the tools nowdays exist, many providers have not taken the correct steps in order to address critical security issues. MANRS is the right way for network and cloud providers to further engage with internet security and make the internet safer for everyone. Hostmein IKE is a leading Greek cloud and data center provider providing mission critical services. Security for Hostmein is a critical aspect. MANRS actively helped us implement a better security policy for our network by setting the correct guidelines.

As the provider of a network that connects NZ's researchers, educators, and students to the rest of the world, REANNZ has always taken the security and stability of our members’ networks seriously. MANRS’ pragmatic and straightforward framework for implementing best practice routing security reflects and expands upon our own efforts in this area. We support this initiative and encourage wider adoption of it throughout the Internet community for the benefit of all.

SUNET is committed to robust global routing polices and MANRS is one of the best initiatives so far to help out operators with this. We hope with our participation that more of the R&E sector will sign up and live up to the norms. We hope that in the future MANRS will be the standard, not the exception.

Having been introduced to MANRS through attendance at LINX 102 we could see that this was a great way for us to be able to benchmark ourselves against recognised best-practice. In addition we benefit from being part of a community of like-minded organisations looking to make the global Internet more resilient and secure.

Coordination and cooperation based on our relationships of mutual trust are the key elements to run the Internet, and we have shared responsibilities to improve the Internet operation. As part of the Internet operation community, IIJ is committed to the MANRS actions.

Today's society relies more and more on the Internet. It is therefore crucial that the stability and security of global routing is further increased. The MANRS initiative offers real added value in this respect by providing guidance and raising awareness among network operators.
