Then the you have the access to the download URL endpoint. What's the version of your eclipse then?

And what if you try following approach:

1. Open Install New Software... dialog
2. Click Manage

3. Remove all GitHub Copilot related entries:

What about only adding -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStoreType=WINDOWS-ROOT? (Upper case WINDOWS-ROOT )

This user had the same problem like you and make it work after adding it
